CE Industries supported the Adventist Charity Run, which took place in Ostrava on June 13, 2024.
More than 20 representatives from the headquarters and subsidiaries ran with the aim of helping 4 heroes - children with disabilities. The proceeds from the event will help them to secure adequate healthcare and improve their daily lives.
The Adventist Run is an event organized in 4 Czech cities by the non-profit organization Adventists. However, the run for a good cause also takes place throughout the year in the form of virtual running, where companies and individuals themselves convert the kilometers they run into a financial donation.
The Adventist Run is open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. There are routes for all levels of runners, including a children's run. "We are grateful to CE Industries for their support, thanks to their help we can organize a successful event and raise money that will help those who need it most," adds Babeta Schneiderová, co-founder of Adventists.
Charity is an integral part of the group's perception of social responsibility. CE Industries is involved in initiatives that benefit surrounding communities. By sponsoring and actively participating in the Adventist Run, it emphasizes its commitment to human society and supports the work of charitable associations that care about the lives of the poor and disadvantaged.
