We are looking for an exceptional CFO for one of our most successful projects, the Serbian company BEOHEMIJA, from our FMCG division.

After three years, it is not enough for us to be only the number one in the local market, but we have much bigger ambitions, and that is why we decided to create a new position of CFO.

BEOHEMIJA is a dynamic consumer chemicals manufacturer with modern plants in Zrenjanin, offering top quality liquid and powder detergents and household cleaning products. BEOHEMIJA's flagship brands are "Duel", "SPIN" and "SCALLA". With nearly 200 employees and a healthy profitable balance sheet, we are looking for a visionary CFO to join the company and take BEOHEMIJA to the next level of success.

"Your mission will be to professionally manage and optimize the company's financial operations, ensuring transparent financial management and reporting, while being a strategic partner to shareholders in the company's continued growth."

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for setting and adhering to financial plans
  • Reviewing and setting up the new controlling and reporting system
  • Preparation of ROI analyses
  • Managing the company's cash flows
  • Collaboration on commercial and production calculations
  • Cooperation and communication with the company's auditors, tax office, banks, etc.
  • Strict control of COGS and approval of prices set up for BRANDS and Private label programs.
  • Supporting the CCO in negotiating commercial terms with critical customers
  • Managing the PnL channel, setting up customer PnL even through the use of a distributor
  • Supporting the transition from indirect to direct model in Serbia and changes in distribution management in 2027
  • Re-engineering SKU profitability and BI implementation for both CZ and SRB business
  • Proper evaluation of all business cases, sharing his know-how for the whole group and sharing models with the CFO of KAUMA group.
  • Together with the CCO, designing programs to increase revenue
  • Working closely with the Czech HQ and owner, reporting directly to the Country Manager for Serbia


Required qualifications and skills:

As the objectives of the position are very demanding, it is necessary to have sufficient professional and managerial experience to perform this role. 
The general qualifications for the position are:

  • University degree in economics.
  • Experience as a Finance Director or Finance Manager for at least 5 years,
  • Preferably experience in manufacturing companies (petrochemical, FMCG production, automotive)
  • Knowledge of controlling tools, experience in managing the company's financial flows, experience in managing credit, currency and other risks of the company
  • Strong ambitious and initiative personality, resistance to work under pressure
  • Experience working in ERP, financial software, excellent knowledge of Excel
  • English at a conversational level
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, attention to detail and follow-through on activities and projects
  • We expect 4 days of on-site presence or 10/5 mode
