The company DD Acquisition of entrepreneurs Jaroslav Strnad and Rene Matera has advanced to the next stage of exclusive negotiations for the control of the important but debt-laden Croatian industrial group Đuro Đaković. The latter has informed investors that the Czechs have completed their due diligence and confirmed their interest in participating in the restructuring. DD Acquisition has made an official offer, Andrej Čírtek, spokesman for Jaroslav Strnad, confirmed to E15 without further details.
